In-person or virtual one on one session where we work towards getting you to your fitness goals. Sessions will vary depending on the person but everyone can expect some motor learning, resistance training, and hard work.
For those who aren't interested in or don't have time for a typical one on one session, but still want to make sure they are on the right track.
For a monthly fee you get:
-an intro session to set goals and talk history
-a workout routine that grows and changes with you
-form videos and descriptions
-a monthly video call to check in on progress and ask questions.
