I'd love to answer any questions you may have. Choosing a personal trainer is a big decision, let's make sure it’s a good fit!
Please contact me if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Certified Personal Trainer. I am certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) which is considered the Gold standard for Personal Training.
Yes! I thoroughly enjoy teaching clients of any background and experience level how to understand and use their body. No matter where you're at, I'll meet you there.
I have a degree in Athletic Training from Springfield College, years of experience doing Sports Massage, and an affinity for teaching. I can teach you the fine details of how to move correctly, how your body works, what to do to keep it working, and how to replicate the effects of a sports massage in your own home. My goal is to help people do the things they love, pain free, for a lifetime. You can be sure our workouts will produce a more durable body with less pain.
Nope! We have a few options for completing our sessions. I can travel to meet you on your home turf or you can meet me at my local gym, no membership required. Virtual sessions are always a great option to think about, if you have room for a yoga mat and a camera stand then we can get a great workout in.
All of my clients can expect to learn how to move correctly with intention, decrease chronic pain, correct muscular imbalances, improve posture and breathing, and increase coordination and balance. I always love to sprinkle in a healthy dose of anatomy knowledge as well! I believe that knowing how the body works is a great motivator for improving and investing in yourself. Any other goals you may have will be discussed in our first session so we can make a plan to reach them as well.
